If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Gahlot International purchase, you may return your clean, unused products to us within 30 days of delivery.

Color and Description Disclaimer:

While placing an order customers are advised keep in mind some minor variation in color. Although extra attention is given to accurately reproduce colors, as seen on the monitor by you, still there may be minor variations in color of the actual product due to the use of Natural Fibers in our Rugs. Variation may also be felt because of different resolutions, monitors, video cards, operating systems, and internet browsers used.

How to process return?

Just send us a message at info@gahlotinternational.com with your order no. and details of return. We will review your request and process return / refund accordingly.

Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery of order.

A. A prepaid shipping label will be provided for return if -

1. Damaged / Defective items received.

2. Wrong Item Received.

B. A full refund will be made if -

1. Product Not Received.

2. Product Lost In Transit.

C. Return at buyer's cost if -

1. Change of mind

2. Does not like the product.


How can I process exchange?

Exchange can be requested within 30 Days of Delivery. For exchange write us to info@gahlotinternational.com

 

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by email us at - info@gahlotinternational.com. Order cancellation will only be accepted before the shipment has been dispatched.


Once the order is cancelled, the refund shall be initiated and it should reflect in your account within 48 business hours through the original mode of payment.

 

Custom orders:

Custom orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
